Australia Kelp Farm: Seaweed varieties: This area delivers the largest bio diversity of Seaweeds in the world, with over 1,140 Seaweed species found. This wide range of seaweeds is extremely rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements enabling us to create a wide range of quality seaweed products. To ensure we maintain the ecology of the shoreline, we only remove a small percentage of the available beach cast Seaweeds.
Worms Work: Worms Work Technologies Pty Ltd is an Adelaide based company with its main production facility at Millicent in the south east of South Australia. The company has been operating on the Millicent site since 1997 recycling organic wastes from the region and turns them into valuable certified organic farm inputs; in short using worms to create mountains of pure worm castings that are then inoculated and distributed as live soil improvement additives.
Wind farm drive: This magnificent drive takes you past the Woakwine Range Wind Farm. The dozens of giant turbines, which dominate the Woakwine Range skyline, comprise the largest wind farm development in the Southern Hemisphere. When fully operational, the 123 spectacular turbines at Canunda and Lake Bonney wind farm development will generate almost 300 megawatts which represents the equivalent of one eighth of South Australia`s energy needs. The project will cost AUD$546 million with more turbines to be built.
Holla- Fresh: Holla-Fresh is proud to offer the freshest, cleanest herbs available on the market today. Growing hydroponically in a controlled environment eliminates the use of herbicides and damage caused by elements such as frost, wind and hail.
Limestone Coast Trout Farm: Located only one kilometre from the township of Millicent. Tour the Limestone Coast Trout Farm and see the aquaculture process from small fingerlings to fully grown fish. Feed the trout and learn about the environmental systems this farm has developed. The Produce Shop on site stocks fresh and smoked trout products and an array of locally made produce including local cheeses and small goods, jams, honey and condiments, coffee and chocolates, olive oils and bush spices, fruit, vegetables, seasonal juices and gift hampers.
Lunch is served for the day. The tour is followed by a barbecue of trout fillets served with chips that are made on site with small salad, tea, coffee, juice and cake. This is a big fish and chip shop.

Visit Gambier Stone Supplies Limestone quarry and see how the stone is cut from the quarry. Limestone has been used for building since 1860. It can be seen in and around the city in early Victorian style buildings some of which have significant heritage value, through to the sleek modern buildings of today.
Foxes Dairy Farm: Visit Sharon and Ian Fox' dairy. They have the latest computurised 60 unit rotary dairy, milking 700 cows and producing 150-200 heifer calves per year. They have been dairying for 2 and a half yrs with this new system but have been share farming since 1996.

Kalangadoo Organic Apple Farm: With a background in Agricultural Science and about 25 years experience in horticulture the McColl's became involved in apple growing 15 years ago. In the begining they started growing apples 'conventionally' but it became obvious that the more orchardists sprayed, the more they had to spray. So converting to 'organic' seemed a logical step. And of course avoiding the use of synthetic pesticides is better for our health and better for yours - not to mention the environment. "
