General Registration Details - Full Registration over the weekend includes catering (Friday Opening Ceremony, Saturday morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, Saturday evening 3 Course meal and Sunday morning tea and lunch) as well as the extensive program of guest speakers, tours and workshops apart from extra costs on some tours and workshops as detailed.Please include Payment for Friday Pre-Tours on your registration Form. If tours are full or cancelled you will be notified prior and monies will be refunded.
As of 17th June 2009 the SA Rural Women's Gathering Bank Account Number is 126434840. If you have an old one please make sure you put a 1 (one) in front of it.

Instructions for filling out registration forms in Microsoft Word to register by email
- Click on the ' Registration Form 452KB(Word Document) ' link. This will open in a 'Word Document' on your computer.
- Complete the form
- Once completed, save it as a word document on your computer with a name that you can remember.
- Click on the appropriate link for Registration register@saruralwomensgathering.org.au - or - Sponsorship sponsor@saruralwomensgathering.org.au - or - Information for any other registration form info@saruralwomensgathering.org.au
- A blank e-mail will open up, already addressed.
- Click 'attach file' in menu bar at the top.
- Select the word document that you saved earlier and then select the 'Attach' button.
- You should now see the file that you saved earlier attached to the e-mail.
- In the text of the e-mail enter any message that you wish to make.
- Once completed, click send e-mail.
- Your registration form that is attached to the email would then be forwarded
- Ensure that you pay using the method selected

Please Note: Telephone registration cannot be accepted.
All registrations must be accompanied by payment. Payment can be made by cheque or money order, direct debit only - no credit card facilities are available. All cheques/money orders to be made payable to: 'SARWG Mount Gambier', and sent to PO Box 2079 Mount Gambier 5290 .
Registrations close 5pm on 31st July 2009. An early bird discount is available to those who register and pay before 5pm on 10th July. Late registrations cannot be accepted. There are limited registrations to all events. Full registrations will be given first preference to all events, with earlybird registrations registered first.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 31st July 2009 and a refund will be made available, less the advertised and non-refundable administrative fee of $30, following the Gathering. Absolutely no refunds will be made for cancellations from and including 31st July 2009.
Registrations are transferable.
Your receipt confirms your registration.
We are not registered for GST.
Booking conditions
All prices are correct at the time of printing, however can be subject to change at any time without notice. Refunds are not available for any unused workshops, tours or meals.
Cancellations: The Gathering committee reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation of the event is deemed necessary, a full refund will be provided.
The gathering committee reserve the right to change the programme content, times and remove artists from the programme without prior notice to patrons.
Every attempt will be made to allocate your first preference choices in workshop Tours etc., however due to limited numbers available in classes/ on tours this may not always be possible, therefore your alternate 2nd, 3rd preferences will then be chosen for you.
Short Tours are equivalent to 1 workshop. Long Tours are equivalent to 2 workshops.
Most workshops are FREE! Any workshops which require additional payments need to be paid by cash to workshop providers/tour operators.
