I wish to highly recommend the innovative and creative seminars provided by Anny Byrne and Shelley O'Dwyer "Frock Up Promotions."
I have had the pleasure of working with Anny and Shelley on many occassions. Their knowledge from nursing careers, particularly in relation to Oncology, gives them a broad background of realistic and practical experience. From this base they are able to reach people through their humour and personalities. They have a rare gift as a partnership to frame and reframe life experience and use humour to bring understanding and education to people of all ages.
They are much needed in the often dry information field of healthcare.
I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Sincerely
Grace Adamson - Gawler DHM. Reg A.T.M.S.

	Three t'ARTS Studio

An enlightening, entertaining and light hearted look at colour in our life. A highly visual, informative and interactive presentation showcasing how we use, see and interpret colour in our lives. You will be suprised and maybe shocked to learn why some colours are used in decore, business or advertising to stimulate or supress our responses.

Hard to believe it was only two and a half years ago that I thought I might design and stock my own label. Ignorance or Arrogance? Not sure! What a journey it has been. Having no design background and not renowned for my dressmaking skills I literally started with the "manufacturing" section out of the Melbourne Yellow Pages. I had no idea about pattern cutters, pattern graders, manufacturers ' minimums', sampling, fabric quantities: the list is almost endless. Or was!! The learning curve has been steep but out of necessity I applied myself to the task and amazed myself at what I have achieved.. And, all from regional Australia. How much easier and economical had I lived in one of the " fashion" capitals of Australia. Do you think we should mention that I started this journey when I was on the plus side of 50? Age may be relevant to some: especially within the fashion industry but my age was never an issue. I was young at heart, had a good eye for colour and form and most importantly a " my cup is half full" attitude.
I hope my achievements will inspire others to believe that it is never too late to start doing something they love.
Going to China was a huge challenge but had to be done. That in itself is another story. There have been many times when I have thought " this is just too hard, the pressure would kill a black dog" but, obviously those thoughts have not prevailed and I have pushed on. I am so happy that I have, I have had the support (and met) so many wonderful people. The challenges will always be there: that is business.
RURAL WOMEN: I grew up on a farm and loved it. A life that can be full of heartache and hardships for those relying on the elements to make a living, but what a fantastic life for children. So, I jumped at the chance to share my fashion with the women at this gathering. I have chosen fabrics that tie in with the colour scheme of the gathering so lets keep our fingers crossed that all of my designs arrive in time.
My label is split into two parts: 'Basics' and 'Limited Editions'.
Over the past two years I have found it is the Limited Editions that are the most popular. Some one just said to me yesterday 'You can buy Basic anywhere but you cant buy Different'. My designs are not mass produced but in saying that they are not priced to be exclusive. Visitors to wild lime currently have the HUGE avantage of being able to buy 'design direct'. Fabric is so important and those who support me know that I use beautiful fabrics that not only look good but must also feel wonderful on the skin. From the comments I hear from all of my 'out of town' clients I can guarantee that all of the women taking part in our Rural Women's Gathering will remember their visit to wild lime in Mount Gambier.....
